Interval Training is one of the most effective ways to stay in shape without need for equipment, and using our own body weight.
Designed to help busy individual obtain high fitness results, this class will run you through a series of different types of exercises, set up in positions across the room; some easier, some more challenging, but appropriate for all levels.
