Family Fitness is a class designed to incorporate physical exercise in the busy lives of parents with babies and toddlers who would like to add a fun and creative spin to their routines.
All fitness will take place without the need of equipment, and with a series of stations where exercises and techniques will be performed by the parent and child together. Besides keeping in good shape, this class helps parents bond with their children, as well as introducing good health concepts over physical movement to the family.
