Camp Independence: Pretzel Making (Part 1)

During this 2-part class we will be making sour dough pretzels from scratch. Each kit will contain all the ingredients to make your pretzel. The class will begin on Wednesday, July 19th as we make the sour dough and then put it aside to rise. This class will then continue on Thursday, July 20th as we shape the dough, bake and prepare to enjoy our delicious creation.
