  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder, optional


Blend ingredients on high until smooth but not runny, approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Serve in a big bowl with your favorite toppings. Here are some of our topping ideas: sliced bananas, berries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, chia seeds, granola, dried fruit such as dates or goji berries, nut butter, carob chips, coconut flakes
