Aerobics for Seniors Seminar
Join us for the Aerobics for Seniors Seminar. During this 45-minute program, you’ll hear a short presentation on healthy living and the importance of movement, followed by a gentle aerobics class. You’ll learn ways to incorporate movement into your daily routine, and try seated and standing aerobic exercises.
